1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dispatchcall AI, a service operated by Alpha Seed Inc. ("we", "us", or "Company"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Service Description

Dispatchcall AI provides AI-powered inbound call answering, lead capture, and SMS notification services for trades businesses in Calgary, Alberta. The service includes a dedicated Canadian phone number, an AI voice assistant, call recordings, transcripts, and a dashboard to review leads.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly at $299 CAD/month after a 7-day free trial.
  • Your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time through the Settings page. No refunds for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Dispatchcall AI to:

  • Record calls without proper disclosure to callers as required by law.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your business to callers.
  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

5. Call Recording Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording disclosure in your jurisdiction. In Alberta, Canada, at least one party to the call must consent to recording. By using our service, you represent that you will comply with all such requirements.

6. AI Limitations

The AI dispatcher ("Sarah") is designed to assist — not replace — human judgment. Alpha Seed Inc. makes no guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. We are not liable for missed bookings, incorrect quotes, or caller disputes arising from AI responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Seed Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service and your phone number will be deactivated. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
